What we keep
The name, email address and message you send through the contact form, what it's about, the page you sent it from and when.
Why
To reply to you. If we haven't heard back after our reply, we may send up to two short follow-up emails, which stop as soon as you reply. We never add you to a mailing list or pass your details on to sell anything.
Who helps us
The form is run for us by Product of Experience Ltd, using their Engine service. It stores your enquiry (Supabase, in Ireland), sends the emails (Resend) and runs the website (Netlify). Cloudflare Turnstile checks you're a person, not a bot. They only use your details to do this for us.
How long
Up to two years after your last message, then they're deleted. Sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to us using them, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
